The number one reason why I love, have always loved, and will always love Valentines Day is my mother's big soft, pink frosted heart cookie. And now even with 13 children, 22 grandchildren, and 3 live-in missionaries, my mom still manages to send out her particular brand of butter/sugar love for Valentines Day. And now I carry on her tradition with my own daughter-- and we make pink heart cookies for the ones that we love!
